Gautam Ramchandani (President)

Gautam '77 is founder and CEO of GlobalSource an independent, Greenwich, CT-based advisory firm committed to helping its clients achieve their strategic and financial goals. The firm works primarily with emerging growth Technology, Media and Telecomm (TMT) Companies, and with Private Equity / Hedge Funds seeking quality deals in real estate markets in the USA and Asia.

 

In addition to being Co-Founder and President of the HBS 4A Club, Gautam has been active in HBS alumni affairs for over 15 years and is currently serving as President of the HBS Club of Connecticut, having served earlier as VP, Programs and VP, Communications. He has a deep interest in community service and helped launch a Community Partners HBS alumni program in Connecticut to provide pro-bono consulting services to non-profits and scholarships to HBS Executive Education programs.

 

Gautam was born in India and has worked on assignments in the U.S., Europe, South East Asia and Pacific Rim countries. He has three daughters and resides with his family in Greenwich, CT.
 

Tom Leung (Technology)

Tom '03 currently works in Seattle as a senior product manager for Google.  His professional interests are mostly around business strategy for technology companies.  Born and raised in New Jersey and a graduate of Bowdoin College, Tom's main 4A interests are around Asian American leadership in American business, government, and media.  
 

Vince Cheung (West Coast Events)

Vince '03 is a management consultant with Bain & Company in Palo Alto, CA. His professional interests include helping technology companies succeed in growth and in improving bottom-line results. Vince was born in Hong Kong and grew up in the San Francisco Bay Area. He has previous worked in Singapore, Hong Kong and Japan.

 

Debbie Liao (West Coast Events)
Debbie '04 works in Brand Marketing at The Clorox Company in the Bay Area. Her professional experience includes strategy consulting, nonprofit foundation management, marketing and sales. While born in the US, Debbie was raised in Taipei, Taiwan and returned to the US for undergraduate studies at Stanford. She has since spent several years in the US on both the East Coast and West Coast. Her 4A interests are around Asian American representation in media, global politics and business.


Amy Chu (East Coat Events)

Amy Chu '99 works for Tiger Advisors has over 15 years of experience managing and consulting for organizations in both the commercial and non-profit sectors. She has worked with operations as large as Fortune 100 companies to small grassroots nonprofits and startup companies. She has expertise in management turnarounds, and biotech and nonprofit sector startups.

 

Ada Lien (Finance)

Ada '03 works in Brand Marketing for the Estee Lauder Companies.  Her professional experience includes banking, marketing, and sales.  A long-time resident of New York, Ada has been active in the Asian American community through volunteer work, associations and mentorship programs.

 

Gordon Liao (Student Relations)

Gordon '04 resides in his hometown of Chicago, where he is a founding member of Reliant Equity Investors, a $120 mm private equity fund.  His interests include promoting the visibility of Asian Americans and increasing the self-esteem of Asian Americans through the arts.  He is a founder or founding member of several organizations including HBS's Asian American Business Association, and the Asian American Artists' Collective.
