Our charter is to build an influential association dedicated to:

• Establishing and building our influence and contributions to the School and broader Asian American Community

• Growing and nurturing a mutually beneficial network connecting Asian American alumni, faculty, current students and applicants

To achieve these goals we seek to:

• Serve as a key resource to the Asian American community
• Maintain a productive working relationship with all constituencies within the HBS community while promoting an awareness of Asian American issues and concerns
• Further Asian American interests by working as a pan-ethnic group
• Provide opportunities for the development of leadership and career growth
• Encourage HBS Alumni to mentor Asian American students and recent graduates
• Instill and maintain a spirit of community among Asian American Alumni as well as those interested in learning about the Asian American experience
• Provide varied opportunities for involvement and interaction that reflect the interests and skills of our constituencies
• Provide a platform and infrastructure to facilitate ease of communication and participation
